Okay so I've been kind of looking into Paleo, and I'm wondering if anyone can answer any questions about it. I'm thinking of following it for 30 days, to see how difficult it is, if I like it, and how it makes me feel. My questions...
Has anyone tried it, and how has it worked for you?
How would I count calories and/or enter my foods into the tracker?
Is it really expensive vs just eating "healthier" foods?
Would you recommend it?
I probably have other questions but can't remember them. But I would love to hear what anyone knows about it! Please let me know!
