Getting active is a big challenge for me. I am overweight and have back problems. I have allowed myself to make excuses for so long, that it is a way of life. I try to tell myself differently because I stay busy doing a lot of things that are more sedentary like computer work, watching TV, driving, etc. I have to make a change. Working out is not fun when you are out of shape because its painful. I know that if I will just get started it will make a difference. Today's Spark Coach lesson was all about overcoming the excuses for not making the changes and sticking with them. I have book marked the articles so I can retread them when I need encouragement. I am just getting started, but feel optimistic that I can succeed.
