Intuitive eating

The last two days I have stopped tracking cals, and am intuitive eating. I shall probably track my weight daily instead. Despite eating above my cal guidelines, I have continued to lose weight since reaching my goal. I find not only my weight, but also my appetite is going down. This month I am concentrating on the goal of eating five vegs a day. Next month I shall probably aim to eat five or six portions of grains. This is an experiment. I have long been hoping the day will come when I can spend less time counting cals. I hope that time has now come.....
