Target Heart Rate Results:
Your heart rate ranges (in beats per minute)
55%: 143 bpm 75%: 165 bpm
60%: 148 bpm 80%: 170 bpm
65%: 154 bpm 85%: 176 bpm
70%: 159 bpm

So I'm going to target 55% - 70% to start off. :-)

    I used the SparkPeople results based on my age and resting heart rate. It will be different for everyone :-) emoticon

    I could never reach them even though I peddled real hard and would get out of breath. I think those are for taller adults and not for short people
