Today, while on the treadmill, I noticed that instead of sprinting like I'm running from a zombie at 5mph--I was able to do a fast jog. My body is getting in better shape and I can definitely feel the difference. I've been doing a lot of muffin top exercises and my sides are killing, but instead of taking it easy I've been pushing harder. Today I saw an motivational meme that stated "Isn't it better to feel sore than lethargic"...or something like that. I really am terrible at re-quoting people and things. Here's hoping the day continues to go great.
