Day 6 is almost over, and I think I've won it. I had a great circuit workout, burnt about 550 calories, had just 15 g of chocolate a 2 candies.
Now my house if absolutely free of sweets and I'm going to keep it that way. I also have to deal with emotional eating, because when I'm nervous I start eating everything - if there's no sweets available I'll get something else.
Ok, one fight at a time)
