Yesterday was a decent day, but I'm up on the scale (143.8). I ate sushi, which could be the culprit. Also, I spent some time in the sun so I could be retaining water from that.
I work the next two nights. It's a short week for me this week... which I'm really looking forward to! I have all my meals planned and most of them prepped for the week. Also, I really need to increase my water intake!
