Beginning weeks

I'm pretty busy during the week to be on the blogs & pages and team forums, so, I make up for it on the weekends. This week I was half & half with my "healthy foods" . I did not lose any weight .... BUT.... I did NOT gain any either which is a plus for me!!!! I have my moments, I wish I could just get into the healthy foods because I do love them, But I get into the modes of when I reach for something quick and easy it's never anything healthy.... Once I fall off track it seems to be it.... Am hoping this week will be better for me for healthy choices in the food department and the walking / exercise!!! Good luck to me!! and to all of you that read this!!! I wish you all the success!!!
