I am quite pleased with myself
I got troply for getting 150 fitness minutes in a month. Actually I got 180 in a week which is my goal. I have been walking a good bit since I came back here. I love the feature in fitness where you can map your route and get the distance and caloires burned. It's fun to me to plan a route around our little town and walk it. I'm not walkin' very fast right now just getting back into the swing of things but still walking right at a mile when I go out. Some of my routes are a little over a mile. Anyways, just having fun with it. I am doing well with my water too. And and and ... have stayed within calories range for 10 days! I love SP!
