Yesterday, was my 15 month anniversary with SparkPeople.
Over the last three months I have lost a further 1kg - the reason why I have joined the Tortoises Unite! - Losing Weight Slowly! team
However, the number on the scale is no longer the focus.
In the last three months I have participated in a Pilates class, Tai Chi class, and just this week started a Walk2Run run club. Yesterday I ran 1k!
For the next couple of months I have an exercise plan:
Tuesday: Walk2Run individual session
Wednesday: Cycle to uni, Walk2Run session
Thursday: Cycle to uni
Friday: Cycle to uni
Saturday: Walk2Run session
Sunday: Tai Chi
Actually, I'm lying. It's more of an activity plan, or how I want to spend my time plan.
Come the end of July I will need to review this as I will be taking a three quarter load at uni as well as working part-time. But until then, I look forward to my new group playtime sessions.
