I had a good day! I cleaned house, grocery shopped, and made three healthy meals. I was a busy lady! I didn't do an "exercise" but I was quite active and yes, I counted it!
I ate well but did splurge a bit with a light beer at dinner and then dessert but I used half a banana and one serving of frozen yogurt. I had 1568 calories. For a weekend, I'm very happy with that.
I have lots of fruits and veggies to eat this week from my grocery experience. The plan is to just keep logging and staying on track. I am enjoying the more clean eating and I will continue. Again, exercise seems to be the hardest part right now. Funny, it used to be opposite. I want to just be a little more consistent in exercise with what I can do, not what I can.
