It's time to take what I feel are drastic measures, but that's just me being my usual over theatrical self. (Insert Les Mis song ONE DAY MORE-the time is NOW)
I've hit a plateau. A long one, a frustrating one, and one I am tired of. I feel like each time I attempt weigh loss, I hit my plateau earlier and earlier, which is ridiculously annoying. (Wicked: what is this feeling, loathing!)
So, I've decided to start cutting out some foods entirely. As some know, I already struggle with GERD. Chocolate is a huge GERD trigger, and sadly, one of my favorite foods. Chocolate, you have to go. Until June 12, chocolate will not be in my diet.
This is going to stink. I'm a chocoholic. I've been in love with candy and chocolate since I was 2 or so. I'm going to be a whiny, horrid brat until this craving, dare I say, addiction, wears off.
I may torture myself even more by doing 5 sit ups every time I feel the need for chocolate. Actually, I don't mind sit ups.
