I'm doing it! These 'Day something' didn't ever used to motivate me, but it really is right now. And breaking it down into 21 day cycles has hit the nail on the head for me. I KNOW I can do anything for 21 days, so that's all I tell myself...just do it for 21 days. So simple. This is the longest I have kept on track since early last year and I'm feeling fab! Day 41 and going ever so strong :-)
Just taking every day as it comes, and using it as a new opportunity to be conscious of my goals.
