So, I'm doing the MayPAC (May personal accountability challenge) with my San Antonio team. Points are accumulated based on whether or not you put in the effort - not your rate of success/weight loss/reaching your goals. So far, so good. Sort of.
Not much success as far as weight loss goes, but it helped to motivate me to track all my food intake for the week. Now that I know what I am eating, I am more conscious of the choices I'm making once again.
Next week I am adding to my nutrition goals, and I will strive once again to meet my fitness goals. I am enjoying being more social once again here on SP - it feels good to encourage others on their journey to health.
I'm also looking forward to my hubby returning home sometime overnight tonight - it has been a long, lonely 2 weeks without him.
