It's interesting, the SparkCoach question and topic today was about stress? Do I stress about weight loss? No. Does my stress affect my weight loss? Yes. I had a stressful day today.
I don't stress about how much I lose. I do get excited to see that I have dropped a pound or two, that my jeans are fitting looser, but that is not my main goal. My main goal is to get healthy, have energy, and be a good role model for people around me.
I do have stress in my life, and that stress does affect my weight loss. If I am upset about something I either don't eat or I munch if unhealthy food. Why is it , when I am stressing over something anything healthy just does not sound appetizing? All I want are the things I should not be eating. So in order not to eat the bad stuff, I usually don't eat anything.
I guess this is something I need to figure out.
