Today, I changed my ticker to show that I have gained weight. I have been avoiding this, as I have gained weight. I keep ending up back in the starting blocks. But the main thing is, I am down 3 pounds from last week, when I was too upset with how I ended up at 180 again.
I am going to track food, exercise daily, which I have been pretty good at. But this round, I am using a food tracker, and fitness tracker. It's a spiral notebook, that I will carry with me and record in.
I am excited because the weather is warming up, so I will be out on my bike soon.
I did something goofy last week, running the final lap around the track at school. I knew better, as in the end, (the next morning), I had a sore ankle, right where I broke my leg, and my hip was sore, right where I have the bursitis.
Now I knew better. I just see everyone writing about jogging, and running, and so I have been steadily increasing my fitness, and just wanted to run.
Well, I learned my lesson on running for the last time. If I can walk 500Km across Spain on Camino, I certainly DON'T need to run!
OK, lesson learned.
Now, MORE IMPORTANT THAN RUNNING, I am going to make weight loss goals happen, and stop making excuses, or letting days pass, without leaving the house with planned lunches.
I am going to stack my fridge, and plan my meals for the week, the way Bookworm27 and FitWit have shown us all how to do. To plan for success.
I am going to follow what others here are doing for success that is working.
Eat Less, and Move More.
