Shopping happened today to purchase a cartridge for my labeler. It was quite late by the time I tackled that job because I slept really late today. The 45 minutes of ball hockey with the kiddos really wore me out. Seeing all my labels in the pantry and all of the extra space really makes me smile. I returned the one broken cereal keeper today, but they had none in stock to replace it. Hopefully they will get more in soon so I can put my pancake mix in it. My task for the rest of tonight is to create my list of tasks to complete in the kitchen this week.
Also, with the new 5% challenge started today, I have set up three things to do each day to help me achieve my 11 pound weight loss goal over the next 8 weeks.
1. Drink 8 cups of water.
2. Workout for a minimum of 10 minutes 5 days a week only.
3. Get 8 hours sleep every night.
I set up sticker charts for myself to track my commitment.
Feeling good, ready to go!
