Today I took a break from cardio machines and weights and walked in the therapy pool at my fitness center. I walked a mile in an hour and 40 minutes. I felt good when I finished. The best part, my knees felt fine.
I love walking in the pool....it is sooo easy on the joints. I have had both knees and hips replaced and it is the best place for me to walk. I just hate getting out and that feeling of gravity doubling its pull. Good luck. Lynel 1115 days ago
