I just realized I haven't posted in over 3 weeks. I've been SO busy at work, managing soccer and with riding. And last week I took a pretty bad tumble off my horse so I had to take this week off from working out.
That said, I've been staying on track with my eating and (but for the concussion) with my workouts. I dropped down to 155, which was great. But then over the last few days the scale went back up. I'm eating within my calories, so I don't think it's real weight gain, but it's frustrating nonetheless. My clothes are slowly starting to fit better again.
I really wanted to be down at 155 for my bday (yesterday), but I'm feeling better overall, so I guess I have to be happy with that. I'm going strong. I got back to riding and actually, my horse has been doing amazingly well.
I'd really like to drop another 5 by mid June (150???).
