Today I did: Buns
My energy level was: 3. Moderate
My water consumption was: 4. Enough to grow gills
My calorie balance was: 4. Still burnin baby!
What statement best reflects the overall workout: 1. I did not finish the workout.

Still having a hard time with this DVD. Stopped it about 5 minutes from ending because I felt like I'd had enough. I also went for a walk on the beach this evening, so that's extra on my legs. I'm totally wiped out. so tired. hopefully I can get my second wind haha
