temptation buster - cleaned my kitchen

When i clean, i don't snack so that prevents mindful eating for about 40 minutes. plus when i clean my kitchen i know what foods i have available. so i came up with 3 mental plans for a healthy supper toinight. when i dont know what is in there i get tempted for fast food. since i had a plan, fast food did not tempte me.
