One of Spark Coach assignments this week was to list 3 recent accomplishments. It has been very hard for me to think of three things I've done that were worthy of cheers. I finally decided to list these --
1. As of today, I have a streak of 17 days of 120 fitness minutes. It in no way comes near the 1,000 days I accumulated before the surgery on my foot but it is a real accomplishment after all the weeks of recovery and rehab.
2. I finally got the carpet in the family room shampooed. I have wanted to do that for a long time and the reason why I couldn't is something I want to forget.
3. We finally got started on plans to redo our shower/tub. I've wanted that for a long time but I think now my DH sees it is necessary. We are planning to do away with the tub and just have a shower. That isn't my first or second choice but I think it is probably the best way to go at this time.
