My SPARK SOLUTION has arrived. I am deep into it read Part I, the 14 day jump start. Also I will need a few items from the list of the foods I will need for 2 week starting Monday. I have a lot of the items and this is not new stuff for me. For two weeks I will join the people who bought and have determined to read and do the two week eating plan. A complete plan to fast track weight loss and total body health.
The Eight Habits of Highly Successful Dieters: (From the book)
1. Stay Motivated no matter what.
2. Write it down.
3. Eat what you want but in right size portions.
4. No forbidden fruit, so to speak.
5. Balance your calorie count.
6. Don't burn out.
7. It's about healthy eating and exercise, not healthy eating or exercise.
8. You can't do it alone.
Mostly I agree with this book and like I said before it is not new to me. My other Spark Teams have been very inspirational to me also. Plus, I love the camaraderie I feel on them. Janet, especially I love our Champs!
