Today the 5% Spring challenge started.

We are off to a better healthy place for the next 8 weeks. Here are my goals for the challenge.
1. Have 2 fish and one veggie dinner every week.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
3. Walk over 10, 000 steps every day, At least 3 days of 15 min miles or better and the rest encourage a friend to walk with me.
4. 2-10 minute office calisthenics every work day
5. Track and measure portions every meal.
Every member of our team is a winner, how can we lose?
