You will get the hang of it soon enough. There is a lot of information absorb and re-training involved when trying to lose weight. My suggestion would be to concentrate on the lower part of calories and carbs, Preplanning a weekly menu for dinner really helps me since I stay at 400 or less cals for that meal and I automatically put dinner in first thing in the morning. This help me know what I can have for breakfast and lunch and not have a surprise at the end of the day when I realize I used up my cals already. 1776 days ago
