well, first a quick rundown of my goals:
2 servings of fruit/veg. check!
8 glasses of water- nearly there, just one more glass to go
tracking. check. over 3000 calories today, i am ashamed to admit. but i did track.
exercise. sorta. i cycled about 4 miles back and forth doing errands, but that doesn't feel like exercise to me. however, i signed up to take a spin class tomorrow morning, so hopefully, the 3 times a week of exercise will begin again after all of these changes lately. whew. and that is where i am at!
