Hello? Body? Why are you being so frickin' stubborn? Playing this same ole tune is getting old. I feel like I'm caught in an unbeatable labyrinth. I keep going around the corner only to find myself back at the starting point. Sound familiar?
It's not really true though, is it? You are never truly back at your starting point because during your commitment to health and fitness, you are constantly learning. You are seeking information from a number of resources, including Sparkpeople. But you are also picking up on valuable cues from your body (increased stamina from exercise, more energy from better food choices).
So, cut yourself a break. Rest easy that a backslide is never a true restart. You've gained too much insider info for that.
