i lost some weight!!! awesome!

I was feeling down because i missed school on Friday. I had an allergic reaction to some soy beans...i didn't know they were soybeans in the first place, so i was so tired and achy yesterday and today. I promised myself to not miss anymore school but then yesterday happened... no more! I ask God now to make that happen.
Anyways, i got on the scale today for the end of the week and i am maybe around 137 lbs. You can see the picture for evidence. That was awesome! Even if i haven't been working out like crazy, i still see the benefits of drinking more water and spacing out meals with lesser portions. I also have been snacking a lot less. Especially after school, i tend to overeat because i dont have food in the morning. This week i have been eating clif bars every single morning. They are filling and so easy to eat when im rushing out the door. Yeahhh....hopefully i get to my next goal of 135 next week. :*-), hope you guys are enjoying this weekend.
