I will stop eating after dinner each day.
I will eat a healthy breakfast.
I will eat 3 meals and a maximum of 2 snacks a day.
I will walk for 1 hour, at least 5 times per week.
I will plan my food intake at least one day before to keep myself on track.
I will read articles, blogs, message boards etc on SparkPeople when I need motivation.
Dealing With Emotions:
I will acknowledge (rather than deny or attempt to cover up) emotions.
I will record my emotions in diary form when it helps.
I will listen to my body.
