It is only 3 weeks to our holiday and to my disappointment I am still the same weight as I was in January. I believe it is down to stress but I am still hoping to lose weight just not in time for my hols.
My husband Michael has depressive periods of up to 8 weeks with about 2-3 weeks up and I find this very hard to cope with, when he is down he will not eat properly, wash or dress in that time.
I think because I spend so much on my own I probably eat more than I realise, I do try to keep a food diary but often fail plus I have some minor health problems such as not sleeping well and itchiness.
