Start of a new Challenge

Okay... so I'm one of those people who needs to weigh in everyday....
Because when I don't....I gain.
You know where this is going ...right emoticon

yep ... I gained back what I lost the last time I joined the challenge. emoticon

SO........

Once again...I'm on good behavior.

I had an omelette with collards greens and an ounce of cheddar cheese for breakfast. I added a little turmeric and a pinch of chili powder to the eggs. YUM.
For lunch I had tilapia, and cauliflower and broccoli, (sautéed in a little bit of chicken broth seasoned with turmeric, chili powder, ginger, brown spicy mustard, and tiny bit of soy sauce).
And for dinner, I'm having tilapia with carrots, Brussels sprouts, and kimchi cabbage.

Hey ... I'm trying

Exercise I'm doing 30 minutes of zumba, and crunches and arm exercises.

I caught a segment of the DOCTOR'S show last week and they introduced something called BOKWA....
(looks like another version of Zumba...but hey...if it gets you moving ...great)

    Be sure and sprinkle a little turmeric on that BOWKA. LOL. My friend has mentioned this and she liked it better than zumba.

    Looks interesting!

I need to weigh in daily as well, for health reasons, BUT it does keep me accountable and on top of things, so for me it's a necessity but a good one.

    I was absolutely pathetic at Zumba - I doubt Bokwa would be an improvement. Luckily for me there's walking and "picking things up and putting them down".

I started the Challenge today, too - my first one (I had to bail on the last one for Internet service reasons.) I'm excited and a little nervous.
