Okay... so I'm one of those people who needs to weigh in everyday....
Because when I don't....I gain.
You know where this is going ...right
yep ... I gained back what I lost the last time I joined the challenge.
Once again...I'm on good behavior.
I had an omelette with collards greens and an ounce of cheddar cheese for breakfast. I added a little turmeric and a pinch of chili powder to the eggs. YUM.
For lunch I had tilapia, and cauliflower and broccoli, (sautéed in a little bit of chicken broth seasoned with turmeric, chili powder, ginger, brown spicy mustard, and tiny bit of soy sauce).
And for dinner, I'm having tilapia with carrots, Brussels sprouts, and kimchi cabbage.
Hey ... I'm trying
Exercise I'm doing 30 minutes of zumba, and crunches and arm exercises.
I caught a segment of the DOCTOR'S show last week and they introduced something called BOKWA....
(looks like another version of Zumba...but hey...if it gets you moving ...great)
so here we go again. DAY 1 of the New Challenge
