Kick-off to a healthier life

This is my first entry! Let me introduce myself:
I'm Robert Bear, 26 year old guy. I've always been overweight, but back in 2008/2009 I went to be a fitness fanatic. Lost around 14kg and lived healthier.

I lost my job around 2009 and with all the stress that came with it, I quickly went back to my old weight and went in a little of a depression.

In the years after it all went better after a down period, but gained ever more weight!
This year I started my own company and everything is going better in general, just the weight thing! In the previous years I completely abandoned my diet as well.
I don't want to necessarily lose weight, but just want to go back to a more healthier life in general. The fitness regimen I had in 2008 is something I can't do again (consumed a LOT of my time and almost my whole life was about weight loss).

Back then I was at the gym a lot, but nowadays I have crazy working hours, meaning I leave home when they're not open yet, and come home around their closing time.
I explored my options and came to discover the Wii U with Wii Fit Plus and EA Sports Active 2. The latter is a bit too much for me, and I want to have something I can do every day without too much problem. So today I started with Wii Fit Plus.

I thought going on the internet with my weight loss adventure might get me some more motivation with changing my life up a bit with more exercise and a better diet.
A friend of mine is helping me setting up a blog for people to follow me and a twitter account.

I'm still learning using twitter and using it on my phone and hopefully my website will be working soon as well.
