I'm not sure why I am not getting these reports in my email anymore. I've even been looking for them anxiously this month. I checked my account, the email is right. I checked my email, they are not being sent to junk mail. I give up.
But, email or no email you can still check your progress from a start date to an end date on fitbit.com, so here is what I came up with.

I would really REALLY like to report a weight loss. I am still holding on to that 354 (various ounces) which is always my ONE POUND AWAY from losing a solid 10lbs. I am beginning to wonder if the scale is even capable of reading those three numbers in that sequence, but I am trying really hard to not let it get me down, because I feel good with my numbers of fitness, semi-good with my food numbers, and I know the biggest thing to work on is my mental health before it all goes to hell.
I even think my motivation to maintain my fitness and food is super high, which is just a blessing.
Normally if my mental health is bad my motivation goes out the window too, but this time I am refusing to let it drag down the fitness and food numbers I've worked so hard to maintain.
