Friday's results day 10

1. track everything I stayed in all my ranges.
2.10 min. of exercise. I did 80 minutes
3.15 min.of quiet time did 15 mins
4. measure my food.yes!!!
I Did a work our video and then mowed the lawn with our push mower. I was super tired at the end of the day.
I also got my Mother's day flowers. The look so nice but I will have to be careful we might get snow on Monday.
Today I got up and was able to exercise. It felt good. It is not something I usally do on weekends.
