I'm honestly happy. This cough and runny nose is proof that I'm doing great on my smaller portions and fitness. My body is ridding itself of toxins in a big way, helping me along to better health. So, my adjustments for today are rest, only light activity, drink even more water and more hot lemon water,
I have no appetite ( I MUST be sick lol) so the portions if any will be naturally small. My husband ran out for chicken soup and no telling what else he will bring back in his efforts to "help" me lol. He's so sweet, I think I'll keep him.
