My first day of tracking went really well. I expected to be way over my calorie count but I really only went over it by 169 calories and for me that is amazing because I've been having horrible binges like almost every day for the last few weeks. The problem is that I kept telling myself that the diet would begin the next day and that automatically makes me want to start eating all of the foods that I will no longer be able to eat, but now that I've given myself permission to eat any and everything as long as I track it a lot of foods no longer seem desirable.
I no longer have the need to binge because I don't have to have everything today or right now I can always have it later if I want. I know I'm repeating myself but I'm so amazed at the pressure this has taken off of me to be able to eat anything at anytime that I want. I'm looking forward to seeing how today will go.
