My main goal in losing weight and keeping fit is wanting to continue to be healthy for my husband, children and now 7 (almost 8) grandchildren! I want to keep moving with them and contributing to their memories of playing with "Farmor" (Swedish for Grandma!). My grandchildren are ages 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 8 mo., and one in the "cooker"!
