HELP im a newbie

Hey to one & all. I am new to this site & I have to say it looks fab, no idea what im doing at the mo though. I really want to lose weight & start to feel & look better about myself in time for the summer sunshine. Every year I say im going 2 start exercising & losing weight but never seem to crack it, got loads of diet mags & stuff but no real motivation so I would appreciate any words of wisdom or any friendly words will do. So dont be afraid cos I dont bite ( well not too hard anyway) lol x

    Start a streak, start small! Don't go OTT thinking you're going to do 2 hours of exercise a day, eat 1,200 kcals or less and never slip up, because none of that happens!

    Read through the programme carefully, take baby steps. 10 mins of exercise a day may not seem like much, but when you look back and realise you did 10 mins of exercise a day every day for a week, something clicks. Don't rush ahead, make sure you go through all the stages to build the foundations for something awesome-the new healthy you!

    HELLO!!!! I'm fairly new myself. Been here 7 days and had my first weigh in today. I dropped 2 pounds! So just think..... this time next week *YOU* can be saying the same thing!
