Doesn't Add Up?

Every day I enter my workout. I am not really sure how many calories I am burning. I figure I am lifting weights and sweating and really fatiguing my muscles for 30 mins so I just put in that I burned 100 calories.
But when I look at my totals for the week it seems for all those calories I would be shedding more weight.
I know "Stop being so Obsessive Already!"
I went shopping for an outfit yesterday for our upcoming weekend trip. I am a size 16 now, so I can donate my 18s away!
So I just have to focus on the positive and keep plugging away, my new mantra: Be Positive Be Positive Be Positive!!!
