Good Morning

Saturday, May 11, 2013

Good morning. What a beautiful day it is today. Today would be beautiful no matter what the weather is outside. Why??? Today is the start of another 5% challenge and I'm rarin to go. It has been exactly 4 weeks since the last challenge ended and I have lost 0.4 pounds since then. For the time in between challenges, I try to maintain. I think that is good practice for when I reach my goal weight.

I feel the same way. I love these challenges! I lost about 6# since the last challenge which put me at my goal.

Good job on maintaining during the break! I gained, but am really striving to achieve my goal this time. Here we go again, Daisies! Let's all lose a bunch!

I'm glad it is starting today as well. I used the club's scale here and I am praying it is just a totally different read because it seemed high, but if not.... more work to be done.
