I started out not knowing what to write about. I joined sparkpeople years ago and have not done the right thing yet. I come here to vent a lot. i tend to take the time to do the simple things on this website like how much sparkpoints can i get today, instead of using it to track water which i am lousy at doing or tracking food. I join challenges thinking they will help, but i am fooling myself because i know i can do more, but i don't. What is stopping me?? I don't really know. I just know that i need to do this. I always say tomorrow i will do it, tomorrow doesn't come. I need to change it to today. I need to stop coming up with excuses as to why i thought of exercising but didn't.
Step 1 I plan to blog everyday, need to start to push myself more.(never did this before).
Step 2: Try to remember no more excuses and DO, DO, DO something!!!
There are no other steps as of yet because i need to take baby steps, if anyone disagrees with this , please tell me your input i need all the help i can get.
