Thanks for all the encouragement and fantastic ideas. I simply said " Don't bring me a cookie I'm trying to lay off them for awhile." She is an awesome friend and supportive of my wellness goals.
I am still struggling to stick to my eating plan. I need to weigh and measure more, stick to the guidelines and quit snacking and nibbling. My progress is tediously slow because I am an excellent maintainer but the losing part of my journey is problematic.
The problem being me.
