Been super busy between work and school but wanted to post an update before the end of May arrived.

Here is my 100 Mini Goal List for 2013 - with updates:

2. Walk for 10 mins. a day for a week. emoticon
3. Walk for 20 mins. a day for a week.
4. Walk for 30 mins. a day for a week.
5. Walk 3 miles. emoticon

8. Walk 6 miles.
9. Run for 1 min.
10. Run for 5 mins.
11. Drink 64 ounces of water every day for a week. emoticon
12. Drink 64 ounces of water every day for a two weeks. emoticon
13. Drink 64 ounces of water every day for a three weeks.
14. Go Swimming.
15. Strength Exercise 10 minutes every day for one week.
16. Strength Exercise 10 minutes every day for two weeks.

    Great Job Marlene!! You have accomplished a lot so far this year. I took up quilting January of this year but am taking the summer off. You have many great ideas. I think I will make myself a mini 6 month 30 item list. I'll let you know when I do so you can check out how you have inspired me.
