Friday Round-Up

My Friday wasn't too shabby.

Breakfast: Oats with Pineapple Mango Yogurt
Snack: One chocolate chip cookie
Lunch: Gluten free bun with lowfat beef, turkey, ham lunchmeat, 1 tbsp light italian and lettuce, with fat free cottage cheese & celery
Snack: One serving baked tostitos & 100 calorie pack guacamole
Dinner: Homemade mashed potatoes, tilapia with cornmeal dusting, & broccoli
Dessert: Banana with one serving of cherry lowfat frozen yogurt
Calories - 1548

Workout: 20 minute pilates workout

I feel pretty good about how this week went. Truly, I hope this continues to go this well. If so, when I weigh in on the last day of May, it should be a whole lot less!! I think I should try this weighing in thing once a month every month. Maybe it would allow me to work harder, focus on how I feel and not worry so much about the scale. I did notice yesterday that my jeans were a little looser. I'm glad too because they were starting to get a little tight. emoticon And that's bad because they were my larger jeans that I wore two years ago but never got rid of.

I'm planning on a grocery trip today. I am not sure what next week's nutrition plan holds in store. We shall see. Maybe I'll blog about it later when I post my Saturday update.

    You're doing GREAT!!! Maybe I would binge less if I wrote down in a blog for all to see everything I ate that day and how many calories it was!!
