I'm beginning this challenge here on the beautiful island of Guam, where America's day begins. (And apparently this challenge as well)
So here are my stats:
A) How many pounds will you lose to achieve your 5% weight loss?
calculate your 5%
159.6 X .05 = 7.98/8 pounds
Target Weight: 151.6pounds
By When: July 6, 2013
B) update your data in My Trackers/my Goals & Progress Section.
C) update your Calories to Burn This Week (Exercise Plan)
'My Trackers/my Goal & Progress/Calories to Burn This Week'
1. 15 miles/wk
2. ST 3x/wk
3. Cardio 5x/wk 60 minutes
Now under my My Trackers/Start/my Goals & Progress it reads
Goal to eat 1320 - 1670 calories per day
Goal to burn 2160 calories per week
Goal to go from 159.6 to 151.6 by 07/06/2013
So with 60 minutes of exercise 5/7 days and eating between 1320 - 1670 calories a day, I will lose 8 pounds in 8 weeks.
I also measured, but I'll post those results later. It's getting late.
If everything works out, I should be getting on a plane Monday morning. I can't wait to be settled down so I can focus on weight loss again!
