This week has been very "busy" with exercise. I am doing the 28 day Bootcamp Challenge, as well as training with my husband for the Vierdaagse (http://www.4daagse.nl/en). That means that I have been doing my workouts, and then walking. My body seems to be getting used to the activity, but I am looking forward to having a day off tomorrow to rest up for next week.
Thanks to all this activity I have compensated for my lack of being strict with my diet and managed not to gain too much weight.
