I attended a graduation party yesterday. I had eaten atkins meal bars for breakfast and lunch because I was busy painting in the morning. When I got cleaned up and got to the party, I realized I forgot to eat dinner and was hungry. I know, bad form. I am usually so prepared. I knew by tracking my food everyday for a month what foods I could probably eat and how much. So, when I got home I logged my food in and came in right on target.
BUT....I was hungry! Yes, I got to have that croissant egg salad sandwich, but it left no calories for the rest of the day! I drank a lot of water and didn't eat anything more. This is the first time I felt hungry following this nutrition tracker. But, I wasn't really following the tracker today, was I? No more straying for me. It just isn't worth being hungry.
