Since the last time I logged in here, I lost 20 pounds, won 2nd place in the biggest loser at work and then have been stalled at 274 for a month.
My fault, lost my focus trying to focus: on low salt, 300 calorie meals 5-6X a day, exercise, work. I can easily eat all day, but keep it to 300 calories every 2-3 hours and low salt all day? I'm used to eating until I'm full and then snacking, now it seems like I'm never satisfied.
The salt is so discouraging, if they take away the salt, they add sugar or fat, take away the fat, they add sugar and salt, take away the sugar, they add salt and fat! I'm used to low fat and sugar, but now you want my salt! argghh!
I cleaned out my pantry last night to donate the food to the US Postal food drive, they get food, I get salt free. Trying to focus on fresh food, lose the potato chips, and other salty snacks, soups (my downfall--they are so low in calories and high in fiber AND SALT).
No more whining, on vacation for a week, have to shower, pack and hit the road. No computer for the next 5-6 days, so no tracking here. Will be trying to eat "clean" as much as possible. Have a good week everyone!
