Loving SparkCoach. New way to fit in strengthening and stretching

Walked with just a bit of jogging again today. I should NOT have tried to move that camp picnic table last weekend or the bookshelves full of books.

SO, while watching SparkCoach video today, instead of sitting in my chair, I stood up, did my plank push-ups on the computer desk and then squats and then finished with my total body stretch I learned back at LSU. All done while listening.

Knowing that I HAVE to get more of these in is not the same as doing them. Now I have started!

btw, baby girl graduated Summa Cum Laude......who knew? not me! that was a thrill.
