I have found that worrying doesn't do any good. It just stresses me out & ruins my day, week, or month (or longer) . . . IF I let it.
I have found action to be the best combatant against worry.
Exercise in particular helps keep the worrying at bay. Try it!!
Worry can ruin your life . . . don't let it!!
