Worry doesn't fix anything.

Saturday, May 11, 2013

I have found that worrying doesn't do any good. It just stresses me out & ruins my day, week, or month (or longer) . . . IF I let it.

I have found action to be the best combatant against worry.

Exercise in particular helps keep the worrying at bay. Try it!! emoticon

Worry can ruin your life . . . don't let it!!

This really puts things into persepctive:

Wow!!!

I know it's hard, but my advice to you is:

Blessings to you!! emoticon emoticon

Worry is so bad for our health. We should just give things to God and let go. Thanks, I needed this reminder!

I'm learning to stop worrying and leave things up to God. Praise Him. He is an awesome God.
Happy Mother's Day.

I stopped worrying years ago. If something happens, I just give it to God...His shoulders are much bigger than mine! emoticon = emoticon

Nice blog, I have always been known as the worrier. Still trying to work on that! You are right, worry doesn't get you anywhere.

I was once told by a friend that to worry was against God's command . If we truly believe, we know that He is in control and will look after us just as He does the lillies of the field and the sparrows and I believe. Human nature will kick in sometimes and I remember this scripture and my friend's advice. Thanks for the quotes! emoticon
